Festival

The second edition of EasternXpress Festival will take place 12-14 November, 2010 in Uppsala, Sweden. It is located in Uppsala’s oldest cinema, Slottsbiografen, where Ingmar Bergman used to come as a child. This year we will have both the cinema and the upper floor for exhibitions and parties !

The festival focuses on Eastern european culture, encompassing Eastern and Central Europe, Balkan, Baltic states, Russia, in other words former East Block members. The program presents long and short movies, animations, videos, documentaries, music, art exhibitions, photography, lectures, performances, dance, fashion and design.
